A PLACE THAT KNOWS HOW TO SHINE

MARK MUENCHEN

MUNICH'S NEW OFFICE LANDMARK

Munich's new office landmark
shines brightly for miles around nestled in its spot
between the city centre and Pasing.

ARCHITECTURE

Through its folded façade structure, the MARK’s bright architecture forms a unique square with plenty of greenery and an exceptional sojourn quality. Upon entering the building at this representative address, you are met by the MARK’s impressive two-storey lobby. Wide office spaces flooded with light, high-quality features and fascinating spatial relationships shape the building’s unique architectural character. And all of this is rounded off by breathtaking views of Munich – from the Nymphenburg Palace Park all the way to the Alps.

By teaming up with KSP Jürgen Engel Architekten, we are working with one of the most internationally respected architecture offices.

“The MARK is a special project.
The draft we’ve come up with establishes
a new location that’s
representative for Munich.”

Jürgen Engel, architect and owner of

MARK-COSMOS

The MARK represents a wholly unique location for encounters and feeling at ease – with perfectly aligned characteristics of work and life as well as the best digital infrastructure.

An e-bike rental station, e-charging stations for bicycles and cars, an on-site daycare centre and a modern business catering service with green outside spaces are all part of the planned combination of uses. Flexible floor plans and choice materials offer future tenants a high level of individuality when it comes to bringing their vision to life and satisfying their requirements.

An architectural high point with a dynamic building structure, the MARK puts Western Munich on the map as a place that knows how to shine.

Located between the Core S-Bahn Route and Landsberger Straße, the MARK is an oasis of calm. Shops for all everyday needs are located within walking distances.

The new office location is connected via MVV public transportation and a bicycle path, which in the future will lead directly from the city centre to the building. Furthermore, the Middle Ring and all motorways can be reached quickly and easily. Parking spaces for cars can be accessed directly via Landsberger Straße.
